Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AllyBees (Private) Limited!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of POS hardware, computer printers, accessories, and related items. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return or refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective materials).
The item must include the original invoice/receipt and any warranty cards.
The product must not show signs of physical damage, software installation, or use (e.g., no opened toner/ink cartridges, no registered software licenses).
The return must be due to a valid reason: manufacturing defect, wrong item delivered, or item not as described. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion but could incur restocking/shipping fees.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been installed, used, or personalized/customized.
Consumables such as printer ink, toner cartridges, ribbons (once opened).
Software licenses or digital products.
Items marked as "final sale" or clearance.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Return Process

Contact us within the 7-day window via phone (+94 77 609 6256) or email info@allybees.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item/packaging if possible.
We will provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
Ship the item back to our address: AllyBees (Private) Limited, 1575/227/3, New City, Horahena Road, Kottawa, Pannipitiya, 10230.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong/defective item).
Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 7–14 business days after inspection (depending on your bank/payment gateway).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and approved.

For warranty claims beyond the return window, refer to the manufacturer's warranty (usually handled directly or through us—contact us for assistance).
